Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data and other information about visitors to this website (the “Website”) are processed.

1. General provisions

1.1. By using the Website, the user unconditionally accepts this Policy and the terms on which their data is processed.

1.2. A user who does not accept the terms of the Policy must stop using the Website.

1.3. The Website is informational and presents commercial IT services (development, systems configuration, IT consulting). The Website has no feedback, registration or subscription forms, and no data is collected through web forms.

1.4. The user contacts the Operator solely on their own initiative, through the contacts published on the Website (Telegram, WhatsApp, email). Data exchanged in the course of such communication (for example, the content of messages) is governed by the rules of the respective messaging services and is not processed by the Operator on the Website itself.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

2.1. The Operator undertakes:

  • to use the data it receives solely for the purposes set out in section 3 of this Policy;
  • to keep the data it processes confidential;
  • not to transfer the data to third parties, except where required by the legislation of the Russian Federation or where necessary for the operation of the analytics services listed in section 3.

2.2. The user has the right:

  • to receive information about the processing of their data;
  • to request clarification on the processing of their data through the contacts listed in section 5.

2.3. The Operator does not store or process users’ personal data on its own servers or in its own databases. Technical data about visitors is collected and stored by the Yandex Metrica service provided by YANDEX LLC.

3. Technical data and cookies

3.1. When the Website is visited, the following data is collected automatically by the Yandex Metrica service:

  • cookies;
  • IP address;
  • browser and operating system data;
  • the time of the visit to the Website;
  • information about the user’s actions on the Website (including clicks on contact links).

3.2. This data is collected in order to:

  • analyse the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in the Yandex Direct service;
  • improve the operation and usability of the Website.

3.3. The Yandex Metrica service processes the data in accordance with the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use and the YANDEX LLC Privacy Policy. The Operator has no access to data beyond the aggregated statistics provided by the service’s interface.

3.4. The user may disable cookies in their browser settings. This does not limit the functionality of the Website, as the Website contains no interactive forms.

4. Final provisions

4.1. The Operator may amend this Policy. A new version of the Policy takes effect when it is published on the Website, unless the new version provides otherwise.

4.2. This Policy and the relations between the user and the Operator are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
