AI integration for business

We build AI into what already works for you. A chatbot that answers from your documents, a voice agent on incoming calls, call reviews against a checklist — with a clear answer to what exactly it saves.

Neural networks and agents are different things

Neural networks for business are targeted AI solutions that perform one specific function: input → processing → result. They do not decide what to do next, do not carry out a sequence of steps and do not work across several systems on their own. Content generation, request classification, computer vision, demand forecasting, personalised recommendations, document summarisation, data extraction from documents — all of these are neural networks.

Agents are systems that plan a chain of actions towards a goal on their own, use tools (APIs, CRM, databases, email), can make a decision at every step and take the process to the end without a person stepping in at each stage. An agent that handles a customer request from arrival to closing it in the CRM; a recruiting agent that screens CVs, schedules interviews and writes to candidates; a support agent that reads the customer’s history, decides on a refund or an escalation and carries out the action in the system itself.

The difference is practical, not terminological: a neural network is cheaper, more predictable and goes live in weeks, while an agent closes the whole process but needs permissions in your systems and boundaries it must not cross. We say plainly which of the two solves your task.

What the work includes

  • Choosing the model for the task and the budget — not everything needs the most expensive one
  • RAG: a knowledge base built from your website, price lists, policies and documents
  • Voice agent: telephony, speech recognition, synthesis, handover to a person
  • Call and chat reviews against your checklist, with quotes and timecodes
  • Connection to the CRM, accounting systems, messengers and telephony
  • Answer-quality control and tuning on real conversations

How the work goes

  1. 1 Estimate We work out where AI actually pays off: how many requests there are, how much time they take, what happens if half of the routine goes
  2. 2 Model We pick the model for the task and the budget — not everything needs the most expensive one, and that is a noticeable part of the savings
  3. 3 Knowledge base We build a knowledge base from your site, price lists, policies and chats — the answers come from your documents, with a link to the source
  4. 4 Channels We connect it to the channels: website, messengers, telephony, CRM — wherever the requests already are
  5. 5 Testing We test on real conversations, measure the share of correct answers and set up the handover to a person

What we build in

AI is useful where there is a lot of similar text and conversation. These are the concrete places where it fits.

An assistant on your company knowledge: answers from your price lists, policies and documents and shows where the answer came from

A voice agent on incoming calls: picks up, answers the routine questions, books appointments and transfers to a person

Call reviews against a checklist: what the customer asked and what the salesperson missed, with quotes and timecodes

Processing of chats and requests: classification, priority, the gist extracted into a CRM record

Drafts of documents and proposals from a template and the deal data
