  1. 1 Interface We design the interface for operator work: keyboard input, hotkeys, minimal switching to the mouse — the program is opened for a whole shift, not for a minute
  2. 2 Core We write the core: data processed locally, predictable behaviour on failure, an action log that later shows what happened
  3. 3 Hardware We connect the hardware and test on real devices — drivers and firmware do not behave the way the documentation says
  4. 4 Installation We build the installer and auto-update: a new version reaches every machine on its own, without anyone walking from desk to desk
