Testing and QA

We run the full testing cycle for software products — from web services and mobile apps to complex corporate systems. We carry out functional, regression, load and usability testing, and check security and compatibility with different devices and browsers.

What the work includes

  • A test plan based on your scenarios: what exactly counts as working and what counts as broken
  • Manual checks on real devices and in real browsers, not just in one Chrome
  • Automated tests for the critical paths: sign-up, checkout, payment, export to the accounting system
  • Load runs: where the service starts to slow down and at what number it goes down
  • Checking the layout on phones: line breaks, overflowing blocks, unreachable buttons, fields under the keyboard
  • A report you can reproduce: steps, expected result, actual result, a screenshot or a recording — so the developer does not have to guess
  • Tests run on every change, so that what was fixed does not break again

How the work goes

  1. 1 Criteria We agree on the criteria: what counts as working, what counts as broken, and what is merely inconvenient and handled separately
  2. 2 Checks We go through the scenarios by hand on real devices and in real browsers: phones of different generations, not one desktop Chrome
  3. 3 Autotests We cover the critical paths with automated tests — sign-up, checkout, payment, export to your accounting system — so they are checked on every change
  4. 4 Load We run load tests: we find where the service starts to slow down and at what number it stops responding. Better to know this before an ad campaign
  5. 5 Report We deliver a report in which every defect can be reproduced: steps, expected result, actual result, a screenshot or a screen recording

What we check

End-to-end scenarios: the customer’s path from the first screen to payment and confirmation

Forms and request intake: what happens with empty fields, odd phone numbers, a double click and a lost connection

Mobile layout: line breaks, overflowing blocks, buttons under the keyboard, unreachable areas

Integrations: what happens if the CRM does not respond, a payment hangs or an export returns an error

Load and speed: response time under traffic and the point after which the service goes down

Accessibility and basic security: keyboard navigation, contrast, open addresses that should not be there
