Bot and chatbot development
We build bots that take routine work off people: they take bookings and orders, answer common questions, accept payments and put everything where you work. In Telegram, in WhatsApp or right on your website — wherever your customer already is.
Platforms and tasks
Bots are chosen by two things: where they will live and what they have to do. Both are below.
- Telegram and WhatsAppA bot that takes bookings and orders right in the chat: it shows the free slots, builds a cart, takes payment and puts the request into your CRM or spreadsheet.
- Website chatbotA widget in the corner of the page that answers visitors’ questions from your materials — price list, policies, FAQ, support chats — and shows under every answer where it took it from.
What the work includes
- The conversation script: what the bot asks, what it answers, when it calls a person
- Bookings, orders, catalogue, payments — whatever your process actually needs
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Telegram Payments
- A link to the CRM and spreadsheets: a request lands straight where you work
- An admin panel or manager notifications — so that nothing gets lost
- Broadcasts to your list within the messenger’s limits
How the work goes
- 1 Process We map the process: what the bot does on its own and where it has to call a person. This is the key decision in the project — the buttons come later
- 2 Script We write the conversation script: the wording, the order of the questions, what happens when the answer is not the expected one
- 3 Build We build the bot: menus, forms, catalogue, payments — only what your process needs
- 4 Integrations We connect it to where you work: CRM, spreadsheets, manager notifications and, if needed, an admin panel
- 5 Trial run We launch, watch the real conversations for the first week and fix the wording wherever people stumble
What a bot handles most often
Not a box-ticking list: these are the tasks that actually pay for the development.
Booking a service with a choice of time and a reminder the day before — fewer no-shows and fewer calls
Taking orders with a catalogue, a cart and payment right in the chat
Answers to common questions: prices, address, opening hours, terms — around the clock and without a person
Broadcasts to your own list within the messenger’s limits, so the bot is not blocked as spam
Taking requests and passing them to the CRM or a spreadsheet, with a notification to whoever is responsible
Internal tasks: requests from staff, approvals, on-call alerts about outages
